Erik Lynd
Erik has been collecting, modifying and building synthesizers since 1997 and showcased his affinity for drones, noise and soundscaping at the Mondays at Danny’s DJ weekly and Rodan’s Just a reminder… series.
Erik favors experimentation and improvisation when employing modular synthesizers, tape loops, heavy processing and feedback loops to create temporary audio spaces. Preferring not to involve computers in his process, his work represents a planned impermanence — ’audio photographs’ of places that can be observed but not revisited.
On January 28th, 2022 Erik released his Harlem & Irving debut EP, Written On Rust digitally and as limited edition cassette.
